We believe that the next big move of God will be in the marketplace.

In offices, factories, schools - beyond church walls.

Just like church life is effectively structured around services and cell groups, we need marketplace Christian fellowships to sustain discipleship, prayer and evangelism beyond church walls.

We envision a marketplace revolution in which the typical believer will be discipled in the marketplace as part of a G.R.O.W group on Mondays to Fridays, as they sink their primary roots by in a local church and cell group on weekends.

A G.R.O.W. group meets with unity in purpose:

• Gather regularly
• Rally and encourage one another through fellowship and prayer
• Organise for discipleship towards Christ likeness
• Witness in the marketplace

The common factor for such a gathering of believers is their work. They may be from the same company or industry, or work in the same vicinity, and meet anytime or anywhere that is convenient for them.

G.R.O.W. Groups

To facilitate discussion and alignment, we have created a series of videos and topical workbooks - the G.R.O.W. the Marketplace series - for G.R.O.W. group members to come together to seek a common understanding for God's call for us as working believers.

  Each session starts with a short video, sharing the theology of work as expressed in Scripture.

  Your group is encouraged to watch this together.

  Followed by a time to process how to apply these Biblical principles in your specific workplace.
