ALPHA WORKPLACE CONFERENCE 2026: BATTLEFIELD OR HARVEST FIELD?

As Singaporeans, many of us experience work as a battlefield. Long hours, difficult stakeholders, heavy pressure and constant demands shape our daily conversations and our inner lives.

What are the results of this grind? According to Salt&Light’s report on the Faith & Work Study, 51% of workers end their day tired, and 30% remain in their stress. Not to mention, 61% of millennials and Gen Zs struggle with poor work-life balance.

But what if Jesus sees something more? What if the very places that feel like battlefields are actually harvest fields – filled with opportunities to bring hope, encouragement and Kingdom impact?

The question is: Do you see what Jesus sees? Will your work become your mission?

Join believers across Singapore as they share real stories of navigating the workplace with authentic faith. Come discover how a shift from survival to significance can transform how we see our daily grind.
